I am a Hilton Diamond member. I like Hamptons and stay frequently and regularly but I am sorry to say I found this property disappointing. At least on the 10th floor, hot water was weak. For some reason my room did not have a fridge, microwave or even a clock. The breakfast was good but half the room was closed off, making seating extremely limited and the room crowded. There is no laundry, although we could inconveniently use the property next door. The only restaurant in the area is also at the property next door. The business center is a disaster; I spent nearly 3 fruitless hours fighting the equipment. There are 3 computers, one was frozen. I needed to call maintenance to get the other two working; they wouldn’t boot up right and kept freezing. I needed to clear a paper jam in the printer, only to discover it was out of toner. The property is not close to any stores or services; the closest Walgreens, for example, is a 20 minute walk. The saving grace is adjacent proximity to LGA and a shuttle. For a one night stay the property is fine. Longer, you will be disappointed.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn to help get our son moved in to his new place. Maria was helpful, kind, and engaging from the moment we arrived. As a matter of fact, we have chosen to stay here this week again , as opposed to downtown, thanks to the the kindness of Maria. Our son left a laptop charger in his room the one night he stayed here, but he didn't tell us untll 2 days later. The whole housekeeping team made sure he received his charger, taking the time to track it down before we left town, so we could get it to him in a timely manner. I don't have enough praise for the Maria and the housekeeping supervisor here.

Uncomfortable stay overall. Showers ICE cold, not just like warm - freezing. Neighboring room super loud until 3 am, hotel unable to address. Bed not supportive dipping in middle. Expected better for price. The good - close to the airport and they have a shuttle

Cold, old and nowhere to park!

Old, cold, and smelly. If you like overpriced rundown hotels with broken heaters, holes in the wall, cold showers, and no parking, then this is the place for you! All kidding aside, this place is a dump. There are far better choices in the same neighborhood. We travel a lot for youth soccer and have seen lots of hotels. We don't expect or need much, but this one is the worst we've seen. The room smells musty, the beds creak as you move, the heater is missing the safety screen and doesn't heat well, there are dents in the wall, and the front desk manager is a grump. On top of that, their parking garage doesn't have enough spots and we ended up having to pay $45/day to park at the Marriott across the street. When we reported the lack of hot water, nobody ever showed up to fix it, despite me going to the front desk in person to remind them. Overall a bad experience. This is a 2 star experience at best and way overpriced for what it is.

In July 2023 my parents suffered a fire in their home. Late at night, they were brought to the hotel with nothing but the clothes on their back. They remained until the end of October. I cannot say enough about everything at this hotel. The staff, especially Sandra, and Jorge went ABOVE AND BEYOND to care for my parents. They helped them with EVERYTHING and never with any resentment or grudge. The food was good, the breakfast area always clean. They had coffee throughout the day and apples. They gave us free water. The room was clean. The parking was ample. My parents were blessed and I will forever be grateful for the way they were taken care of by the staff of this very well-run hotel. Thank you!!!
